After a tour of the mill, extra virgin olive oil will no longer be a sacred mystery, but you will discover how it results by the fruitful combination of tradition with modern cultivation and pressing techniques. Visiting our olive groves, seeing the olives in the various stages of growth and ripening, is the perfect experience to learn how to recognize the differences and nuances between the various monovarietal, blend and aromatic olive oils. On this occasion, you can buy our products to taste them at home with friends and, if you don't live in Tuscany, bring a grasp of Chianti with you. And, if it makes you happy, you can always find them on our online shop.
